The USA Admissions Process
STEP 1:
ATTEND AN INFORMATION SESSION
Families begin the enrollment process by attending a remote Information Session, recording will be made available.
Information Sessions provide an overview of:
- The USA daily schedule and structure
- Our academic model and expectations
- Athletic development philosophy
- Student culture and core values
- Program logistics and calendar
- Testimonials from current families
These sessions are designed to help families determine whether United Sports Academy may be the right fit for their child.
STEP 2:
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
Families who feel aligned after attending an Information Session are invited to submit an application.
The application allows our team to learn more about the student and family and helps us assess readiness for the USA environment. Submitting an application indicates interest but does not guarantee acceptance or obligate a family to enroll.
Step 3:
TOUR & MEET-AND-GREET
After reviewing applications, selected families will be invited to schedule:
- A campus tour
- A meet-and-greet with USA leadership, educators, and coaching staff
Tours may include classroom observation, training observation, and time to ask specific questions about the program. This step allows both families and our team to ensure strong alignment before moving forward.
STEP 4:
ACCEPTANCE, ENROLLMENT
AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT
Families who are offered placement will receive:
- An acceptance notification
- An enrollment agreement
- Instructions to submit a deposit to secure their child’s place
Enrollment is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
