ON-ICE TRAINING
Our on-ice training focuses on skill development, decision-making, and game situations. Sessions are structured to maximize reps, improve hockey IQ, and translate directly into game performance.
evaluations
USA has on-ice evaluations multiple times per year to identify strengths and weaknesses, and to track development.

Skill Development & Hockey IQ
Our athletes spend 3–5 hours per week on the ice, focusing on individual skill development and refining the fundamentals needed to compete at a high level. In addition to on-ice training, players regularly participate in video review and analysis sessions designed to strengthen hockey IQ, improve decision-making, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Together, these experiences help athletes become more skilled, confident, and intelligent players.
